Official Sailing Permit

Dear friends,dear Mr Nystrom, I have the chance to buy a used sailing boat, which I would like to use in swedish waters. Do I need a swedish or a foreign licence to sail? If the boat is smaller then 4x12 meters you don´t need a licence to sail. Check if VAT is paid in any EU-country before you buy. If you want to sail outside=in not Norden countries, the boat has to be registreited in SXK/SBU or Svenska Sjöfartsverket. Don´t forget insurence.
